Friday evening saw a packed Clive Pavilion at Ludlow Racecourse as members of Tenbury Agricultural Society gathered for our Annual Dinner.
After a warm welcome from our President Mr Anthony Bunn, members and guests sat down to a delicious three course dinner served by Heather Hamer and her team.
Later in the evening, David Rawlings, Chairman, introduced our Guest Speaker, Mr Philip Gayther from Llandrindod Wells who entertained us royally with a succession of rib tickling jokes and stories enjoyed by all.
Amy Powell from Bockleton, winner of our Michael Morgan Senior Scholarship Award, gave an excellent acceptance speech and congratulations must also go to Jonathan Adams of S.J. Adams & Sons, Lower Rochford, winner of the Edward Lewis Salver, having the most points for Hops at Trumpet, Ledbury & West of England Harvest Shows.
Thank you to all our loyal members and guests for making our Annual Dinner such an enjoyable and memorable evening.
